Temporal and Partial Reversal of Airflow Limitation in Patients With COPD Treated With Single‐Inhaler Long‐Acting Dual Bronchodilators

open access: yesThe Clinical Respiratory Journal, Volume 20, Issue 4, April 2026.
Single‐inhaler dual bronchodilator therapy significantly improved FEV1, FEV1/FVC, and other spirometry parameters in patients with COPD. The improvements in FEV1 and FEV1/FVC exhibits different trends. Notably, 21 patients (11.5%) achieved a reversal of the FEV1/FVC ratio to over 70%.
