Here, we report a case of a hybrid of congenital pulmonary airway malformations (CPAM) and anomalous systemic blood supply presenting elevated serum CA19‐9 levels. Therefore, it is important for clinicians to be aware that elevated serum CA19‐9 levels may be detected in hybrid lesions even in the absence of malignant tumours.
