Omega-3 Fatty Acids Supplementation and Neuroprotection, Inflammation, Fatigue, and Physical Activity in Multiple Sclerosis: A Randomized Controlled Trial. [PDF]

In this randomized, placebo‐controlled trial, ommega‐3 and placebo increased BDNF levels with no significantly change found in BDNF or hs‐CRP serum levels when adjusting for baseline levels. In conclusion, omega‐3 supplementation has no determinate impacts on BDNF levels, fatigue, or physical activity capacity in MS patients.

Pier Luigi Nervi’s design process of hangars

This paper analyzes the design changes when Nervi designed the airplane hangar during the interwar period, focusing on the structural form. At the end of the design phase, the transition from pin joints to rigid joints reveals Nervi's preference for an integral and a monolithic structure.
