Modeling Thermodynamic Behavior of Ultrathin Films: Comparison with Experiments
A 3D thermodynamic model in adapted to 2D ultrathin polymer films. Compression isotherms of various polymers are fitted without adjustable parameters. The model predicts polymer film thickness agrees with experiments. This work aims to model the thermodynamic behavior of ultrathin polymer films.

Organic cation transporter (OCT) 2 and multidrug and toxin extrusion (MATE) transporters play significant roles in the renal secretion of organic cations and drug–drug interactions (DDIs). Recent in vitro studies indicate that the Ki values for OCT2 exhibit substrate dependency and increase in potency with pre‐incubation.
