Advanced Science, EarlyView.The 10B‐enriched monocarbonyl analog of curcumin (BMAC) 10B‐9 enables site‐specific Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT) on amyloid‐β (Aβ) fibrils. Neutron irradiation induces histidine oxidation and fibril destabilization, as revealed by 1H‐NMR and FESEM analyses.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Tumor dsDNA released by cryoablation is taken up by macrophages, activating the cGAS‐STING signaling pathway. This leads to an expansion of the CXCL10+ macrophage pool and increased secretion of CXCL10, which in turn recruits CXCR3+ T cells from draining lymph nodes into the tumor microenvironment to exert anti‐tumor effects.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Glaucoma, a major cause of blindness, involves retinal ganglion cell (RGC) degeneration. This study shows growth hormone‐releasing hormone receptor (GHRHR) deficiency preserves RGC survival and restores vision, unlike activation which only aids survival.
