Micro‐Architected Lithium Cobalt Oxide

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work introduces a gel infusion additive manufacturing technique for the fabrication of micro‐architected lithium‐ion battery cathodes, exemplified with LiCoO2. The resulting electrodes are free‐standing and binder‐free, with tunable microstructure and independent structural control across multiple length scales.

Stretchable Fiber‐Based Organic Light‐Emitting Diodes Display Enabled by Robust, Conductive, and Deformable Via

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A stretchable OLED fiber display is developed by introducing a novel robust, conductive, and deformable via (RCD‐via) that maintains electrical and mechanical integrity under strain. Through scalable integration and mechanical design, the display operates reliably even during stretching, offering a promising strategy for truly wearable textile ...

Strain‐Adaptive Liquid Metal Interfaces Overcome Poisson's Ratio Constraints in Piezoresistive Sensors for Infant Sleep Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work overcomes Poisson's ratio limitations in piezoresistive sensors via strain‐adaptive liquid metal (LM) interfaces. EGaIn‐coated TPU scaffolds enable directional LM flow to fill microcracks under deformation, achieving ultra‐high sensitivity (693.65 kPa-1).

Long‐Term Stable Subdural Recordings Enabled by Fibrosis‐Resistant Hydrogel‐Integrated µECoG Arrays

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An adhesive hydrogel‐integrated micro‐electrocorticography (aGel‐µECoG) array is developed to ensure stable neural recordings by minimizing neuroinflammation and fibrosis during implantation. The hydrogel serves as a biological and mechanical bridge, enabling bioadhesive, reversible, anti‐fibrotic integration with brain tissue.
