Strongly Budget Balanced Auctions for Multi-Sided Markets [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2019
In two-sided markets, Myerson and Satterthwaite's impossibility theorem states that one can not maximize the gain-from-trade while also satisfying truthfulness, individual-rationality and no deficit. Attempts have been made to circumvent Myerson and Satterthwaite's result by attaining approximately-maximum gain-from-trade: the double-sided auctions of ...

The galaxy cluster outskirts probed by Chandra [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
We studied the physical properties of the intracluster medium in the virialization region of a sample of 320 clusters ($0.056 3$ keV) in the Chandra archive. With the emission measure profiles from this large sample, the typical gas density, gas slope and gas fraction can be constrained out to and beyond $R_{200}$.

Supporting the Recovery of NDIS Participants With Psychosocial Disability: A Narrative Literature Review

open access: yesAustralian Journal of Social Issues, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This narrative literature review examines key issues surrounding psychosocial disability support in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The provision of security in such system is therefore modeled as a public good provision problem, and is referred to as a ...

Molecular gas budget of strongly magnified low-mass star-forming galaxies at cosmic noon [PDF]

open access: yesA&A 692, A215 (2024)
This study aims to investigate the molecular gas content of strongly magnified low-mass star-forming galaxies around the cosmic noon period ($z\sim2$) through observations of CO emission lines and dust continuum emission, both of which serve as tracers for molecular gas.
