A Balanced Analysis of the Management of Higher Education Budgetary Funds
2020 International Conference on Wireless Communications and Smart Grid (ICWCSG), 2020Based on the provincial panel data from 2005 to 2017, the paper investigates the input level of higher education budget funds in various regions of our country, and uses the index of mean, standard deviation to describe the regional differences of the average student general public budget education expenditure in east, middle and west regions.
