Circulating tumor cell viability during and after radiotherapy mirrors treatment response in cancer patients

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Radiotherapy (RT) response depends on the DNA repair capacity of tumor and host cells. We show that circulating tumor cell (CTC) counts and apoptosis rates before and after RT predict treatment response and outcome, which can be accessed via easily accessible liquid biopsy approaches. Knowledge Bases and Representation Learning Towards Bug Triaging

open access: yesMachine Learning and Knowledge Extraction
A large number of bug reports are submitted by users and developers in bug-tracking system every day. It is time-consuming for software maintainers to assign bug reports to appropriate developers for fixing manually.

A Survey on Bug Deduplication and Triage Methods from Multiple Points of View

open access: yesApplied Sciences, 2023
To address the issue of insufficient testing caused by the continuous reduction of software development cycles, many organizations maintain bug repositories and bug tracking systems to ensure real-time updates of bugs.

Differential regulation of ZFAS1 splice variants by endoplasmic reticulum stress in hepatocyte cell lines

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
ZFAS1 is a lncRNA promoting cell proliferation and migration, exhibiting high expression in various cancers. It is conserved, widely expressed, and produces multiple splice variants with unclear roles. We identified several splice variants in hepatocyte models, and found that inhibiting or suppressing regulators of the unfolded protein response (PERK ...

Induced Characters of Type D Weyl Groups and the Littlewood-Richardson Rule

open access: yes, 2014
For any ordinary irreducible character of a maximal reflection subgroup of type $D_aD_b$ of a type $D$ Weyl group we give an explicit decomposition of the induced character in terms of Littlewood-Richardson coefficients.Comment: 8 pages; (v2) made some ...

Mass spectrometry based identification of AMP‐O‐Tris generated by Thermococcus onnurineus Cas10

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Isolated Thermococcus onnurineus Cas10 generates the noncanonical ATP‐derived product AMP‐O‐Tris while in Tris‐containing buffer as identified via mass spectrometry, revealing relaxed nucleophile selectivity under isolated conditions. These findings suggest that multiprotein Csm complex assembly restricts Cas10 reactivity toward canonical cyclic ...
