BUILD UP NEW PROJECT EXECUTION SYSTEM FOR UP GRADING TRANSPEARENCY OF CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IN JAPAN
Doboku Gakkai Ronbunshu, 2002 1995年4月に「建設産業政策大綱」が発表された. この時期より, 建設産業の抜本的な体質改善, 競争性, 透明性, 公正性の向上の必要性が繰返し叫ばれてきた. 特に, 透明性の向上は, 競争性, 公正性の根幹に繋がるものであり, 改革実現の要とも云える. だが, 実態を見る限り, 未だにその成果は顕著でない. 各種特殊法人の民営化, 公共事業の縮減等, 建設産業に対する国民の視線はますます厳しくなってきている. 建設産業の透明性向上の基盤は“経過を見せる管理”を行なうことといってよい. 日本の建設産業が基盤とする, 発注者と受注者の二者構造執行形態は, 構造的に“経過を見せる管理”を行なう必然性が薄い. 透明性向上の実現には, 三者構造執行形態へ切り替えて行くことが求められていると考える.

Mechanisms of IgE‐mediated food allergy and the role of allergen‐specific B cells
FEBS Letters, EarlyView.Food allergy arises when allergen‐specific B cells preferentially produce immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies against harmless foods. This article explains the mechanisms driving IgE‐mediated reactions, highlights the central role of these B cells, and discusses how natural tolerance (NT) and oral immunotherapy (OIT) can reshape allergic immune responses.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
FEBS Letters, EarlyView.We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
FEBS Letters, EarlyView.Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
FEBS Letters, EarlyView.A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.
