Boundaries in the real estate cadastre – establishment of boundaries in the land and building records

In Poland, the land and building records serve as the real estate cadastre and are subject to periodic and ongoing updating in accordance with applicable regulations. The district governor (starosta) is obliged to keep records of land and buildings. Descriptive data is kept by land and mortgage courts.
