Disc‐Toroid Hybrid Lipid Nanoparticles for Efficient Drug Encapsulation and Subcutaneous Delivery
This study demonstrates sub‐50 nm solid‐lipid nanoparticles with long‐term stability, high drug loading, and strong tissue compatibility. Disc‐toroid morphology is confirmed and may play a role in cellular interactions, while low cytotoxicity and minimal systemic permeation confirm depot‐like behavior.
