Heterogenous Late Holocene Climate in the Eastern Mediterranean—The Kocain Cave Record From SW Turkey

open access: yesGeophysical Research Letters, Volume 48, Issue 20, 28 October 2021., 2021
Abstract Palaeoclimate variability must be constrained to predict the nature and impacts of future climate change in the Eastern Mediterranean. Here, we present a late Holocene high‐resolution multiproxy data set from Kocain Cave, the first of its kind from SW Turkey.

Spatio-Temporal Assessment of the Shrinking Lake Burdur, Turkey

open access: yesInternational Journal of Environment and Geoinformatics, 2022
Water resources in the world are becoming scarce due to both natural climatic conditions under the effect of climate change and human-induced activities. The population is rising day-by-day leading to a steady decrease in water resources, which in turn, highly disturbs the natural ecological functions of the vulnerable systems.
