open access: yesBusiness Ethics, the Environment &Responsibility, Volume 35, Issue 3, Page 1335-1345, July 2026.
ABSTRACT This study analyses the different factors that influence the allocation of Next Generation EU (NGEU) Funds among European Union (EU) Member States, particularly on the Recovery and Resilience Facility. We used a sample of the 27 EU countries and applied Fuzzy‐set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) to carry out our analysis.

In rats, neurodevelopmental disorders induced by maternal hypoxia are associated with attenuated excitatory neurotransmission in the cingulate cortex

open access: yesBritish Journal of Pharmacology, Volume 183, Issue 13, Page 3723-3742, July 2026.
Background and Purpose Maternal hypoxia is a recognised risk factor for neurodevelopmental disorders in offspring. Although rodent models of hypoxia have been reported, the detailed pathogenesis of maternal hypoxia‐induced neurodevelopmental disorders remains unclear.

Comparative analysis of product and network supply chain resilience

open access: yesInternational Transactions in Operational Research, Volume 33, Issue 4, Page 2358-2376, July 2026.
Abstract Supply chain resilience has been extensively investigated at the network and firm levels. More granular studies at the level of product supply chain resilience are scarce. In this paper, we examine relationships between product supply chain resilience, firm resilience, and network resilience.

Enantioselective Tandem Povarov/Urech–Read Reaction for the Synthesis of Dihydroquinoline/Hydantoin Hybrids

open access: yesAdvanced Synthesis &Catalysis, Volume 368, Issue 11, 3 June 2026.
Herein, an organocatalytic asymmetric synthesis of dihydroquinoline/hydantoin hybrids is described. The synthetic protocol involves a tandem reaction comprising a phosphoric acid–catalyzed initial Povarov dimerization of in situ generated imine/enamine mixtures under tautomeric equilibrium, followed by a Urech–Read reaction of the 1,2‐dihydroquinoline ...

Performance of an S‐metolachlor capsule suspension for barnyardgrass control and crop tolerance in fenclorim‐treated rice

open access: yesAgrosystems, Geosciences &Environment, Volume 9, Issue 2, June 2026.
Abstract Barnyardgrass [Echinochloa crus‐galli (L.) P. Beauv.] is the most problematic weed of delayed‐flooded rice (Oryza sativa L.) systems in the mid‐southern United States. Recent findings suggest that acetochlor can achieve effective barnyardgrass control in rice, but rice injury can occur with rainfall soon after application.
