Elevated Connectivity During Language Processing Is Associated With Cognitive Performance in SeLECTS
ABSTRACT Objective Self‐Limited Epilepsy with Centrotemporal Spikes (SeLECTS) is associated with language impairments despite seizures originating in the motor cortex, suggesting aberrant cross‐network interactions. Here we tested whether functional connectivity in SeLECTS during language tasks predicts language performance.

A Systematic Comparison of Alpha‐Synuclein Seed Amplification Assays for Increasing Reproducibility
ABSTRACT Seed amplification assays (SAAs) enable ultrasensitive detection of misfolded α‐synuclein across biofluids and tissues. Yet, heterogeneity in protocols limits cross‐study comparability and clinical translation. Here, we review α‐synuclein SAA methods and their performance across various biological matrices.

Current interference of HVDC ground electrode to buried pipelines and its personal safety distance
When DC ground electrode of a high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission system is in the stage of early operation or in the case of failures and maintenance, an instantaneous large current will be generated and bring great potential safety hazards ...

Here, we present a high‐density PEDOT eutectogel electrode array for enhanced body surface gastric mapping. Silver electrodes are blade‐coated onto flexible substrates, followed by electrogelation of PEDOT:PSS and the deposition of a PEDOT:LS eutectogel.

Low-Frequency Acoustic Signals Propagation in Buried Pipelines [PDF]
The article deals with the issues concerning acoustic signals propagation in the large-diameter oil pipelines caused by mechanical action on the pipe body. Various mechanisms of signals attenuation are discussed.

Failures by SCC in buried pipelines
Abstract Until a few years ago there had been no record of stress corrosion cracking (SCC) as a main cause of failures in Argentine pipelines, but as the pipeline system became of a certain age this mechanism started to have an important impact on reliability.

Meniscus Pixel Printing for Contact‐Lens Vision Sensing and Robotic Control
A visual‐sensing contact lens is enabled by meniscus pixel printing (MPP), which rapidly patterns a 200 µm perovskite photodetector pixel in 1 s without masks, vacuum processing, or bulky equipment. A deep‐learning‐based super‐resolution reconstructs sparse on‐lens signals into 80 × 80 high‐resolution visual information, while AI‐driven eye‐tracking ...

Stochastic seismic response analysis and reliability evaluation of pipelines in liquefied soil
The liquefaction of saturated sand under the action of earthquakes can cause the buried pipeline to float up and the system failure. To investigate the seismic response and reliability level of buried pipelines in liquefaction sites, a probabilistic ...
