The Lorentzian inversion formula and the spectrum of the 3d O(2) CFT
We study the spectrum and OPE coefficients of the three-dimensional critical O(2) model, using four-point functions of the leading scalars with charges 0, 1, and 2 (s, ϕ, and t).

d-dimensional SYK, AdS loops, and 6j symbols
We study the 6j symbol for the conformal group, and its appearance in three seemingly unrelated contexts: the SYK model, conformal representation theory, and perturbative amplitudes in AdS.

Molecular Cross‐Linking of MXenes: Tunable Interfaces and Chemiresistive Sensing
In this study, Ti3C2Tx MXenes are initially functionalized using oleylamine ligands to form stable dispersions in an organic solvent. Subsequently ligand exchange with α,ω‐diaminoalkanes enables cross‐linking, along with precise tuning of interfaces. This structural control translates into tunable charge transport and responsive VOC sensing, showing ...

Network deficiency exacerbates impairment in a mouse model of retinal degeneration
Neural oscillations play an important role in normal brain activity, but also manifest during Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, and other pathological conditions. The contribution of these aberrant oscillations to the function of the surviving brain remains

Usury Redux: Notes on The Scholastic Analysis of Usury by John T. Noonan [PDF]
I summarize the key points of the scholastic theory of usury following The Scholastic Analysis of Usury by John T. Noonan. Usury is the sin of taking interest on a loan without a just title.

Na‐ion batteries ‐ Impact of doping on the oxygen redox: The sloping potential of NaMg0.1Ni0.4Mn0.5O2 above 4.0 V is caused by a new redox center (arising from the ‘O bound to Mg’), having a higher potential but being more irreversible compared to the ‘O bound to Ni’.
