Abstract Three-week-old birds were immunized with 40 mg. bovine serum albumin (BSA) per Kg. body weight. The bursa of Fabricius was removed 30 minutes after BSA injection and from another group of birds at 24-hour intervals for 5 consecutive days. The bursa was frozen −25°C. and sectioned in a cryostat (−25°C.) at 4 mμ.
