ABSTRACT Background Stereoelectroencephalography‐guided radiofrequency thermocoagulation (SEEG‐RFTC) is a minimally invasive therapy for drug‐resistant focal epilepsy. However, the relationship between specific seizure‐onset patterns (SOPs), particularly low‐voltage fast activity (LVFA), and postoperative scalp EEG normalization remains inadequately ...

Attractor crisis and bursting in a fluid flow with two no-slip directions
Characteristic burtsing behavior is observed in a driven, two-dimensional viscous flow, confined to a square domain and subject to no-slip boundaries. Passing a critical parameter value, an existing chaotic attractor undergoes a crisis, after which the ...

Fusogenic RNA Nanomodules for Fusion‐Mediated and Multiplexed siRNA Delivery
A fusogenic lipid‐layered RNA nanomodules (L‐CRAMs) enable high‐capacity and long‐lasting siRNA delivery through membrane fusion. These nanomodules carry exceptionally large siRNA payloads, avoid conventional endosomal uptake, and release multiple functional siRNAs through Dicer‐mediated processing.

A mechanically programmable hydrogel for tissue engineering is developed by modulating the molecular threading density of poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate‐β‐cyclodextrin (PEGDA‐β‐CD) polyrotaxane and combining it with β‐CD‐modified gelatin. The polyrotaxane‐guided transition from disordered pores to laminar microstructures enables precise tuning ...
