We compare aluminum‐doped zinc oxide (AZO) and zinc‐doped tin oxide (ZTO) with indium tin oxide (ITO) as indium‐free transparent conductive recombination layers on textured TOPCon bottom cells for application in perovskite/silicon tandem devices.
