Accelerated Development of Vapor Deposition Technology for Efficient Perovskite Solar Cells via Accurate and Practical Machine Learning Tools

Based on rational feature selection, an integrated‐feature dataset is constructed encompassing macro‐ and micro‐feature parameters. Screening and optimization across ten algorithmic models enhanced predictive accuracy and robustness for power conversion efficiency (PCE), yielding an R2 of 0.9464 and RMSE of 1.27%.
