In this study, we aim to quantify the rehabilitation needs of stroke patients in China by analyzing the prevalence and years lived with disability (YLDs). Age‐standardized stroke prevalence and disability burden (YLDs) in China have shown a slight increase from 1990 to 2019, affecting both men and women.
