Artificial Intelligence Chatbots and Their Responses to Most Searched Spanish Cancer Questions

open access: yesCancer Medicine, Volume 14, Issue 21, November 2025.
Artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots are trained using English materials, and their performance in answering Spanish cancer questions is unknown. After comparing the six most popular AI chatbots, we found their answers were generally accurate (but hard to read) and needed more improvement in supporting patients to make cancer‐related decisions ...

Computation of Protein Thermostability and Epistasis

open access: yesWIREs Computational Molecular Science, Volume 15, Issue 5, September/October 2025.
Conceptual illustration of computational prediction of protein thermostability and mutational epistasis. A neural network algorithm models changes in heat‐induced (un)folding by correlating sequence mutations with variations in free energy. The nonadditive nature of epistatic mutations is metaphorically represented by Orwell's infamous quote from ...

Chaperon‐Abgeleitete Kupfer(I)‐Bindende Peptidnanofibrillen stören die Kupferhomöostase in Krebszellen

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, Volume 136, Issue 51, December 16, 2024.
