Low noise C-band amplifier

11th International Conference 'Microwave and Telecommunication Technology'. Conference Proceedings (IEEE Cat. No.01EX487), 2002
The results of design of low noise amplifier for C-band satcom stations are presented. 40 K of noise temperature and more than 60 dB gain have been obtained in 500 MHz bandwidth with WSVR less than 1.2. The amplifier includes four stages: amplifier, DC linear controller of supply voltage, low noise regulated GaAs FET bias and matching circuits. Minimal

DDS-Based C-Band Synthesizer

2006 International Conference on Microwaves, Radar & Wireless Communications, 2006
In this paper high stable, fast tuning C-band synthesizer is presented. The circuit was designed on the basis of analog direct synthesis technique using DDS circuit which made it possible to obtain low phase noise level, high switching speed and good spectral purity.

C-band broadband dipole antenna

ISAPE2012, 2012
A semi sphere loaded reversed conical antenna is designed, which is designed as dielectric embedded antenna and sleeve antenna. The bandwidth of first antenna is 770MHz while the VSWR is less than 1.5. Then the sleeve antenna is designed in order to extend the bandwidth.

A C-band micro-terminal

10th International Conference on Digital Satellite Communications (ICDSC-10), 1995
The provision of a portable C-band terminal communicating with large hub stations through an 18 MHz band of INTELSAT V transponders is investigated. The considered multiple hub network with distributed control can support up to 18 2.4 kbit/s simultaneously active users equipped with 0.8 m antennas at remote sites.

1 Watt C Band Amplifier

21st European Microwave Conference, 1991, 1991
This article describes the design and realization of a power amplifier in C Band used for a MMIC front-end transmitter. Its output power is equal to 30 dBm (1 Watt) at 1 dB compression with a gain over 23 dB between 5.9 and 8.5 Ghz. The chip size is 2 × 3.5 mm2.

C band ferrite microstrip limiter

1997 IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium Digest, 2002
A microstrip line on a polycrystalline yttrium iron garnet substrate was measured as a function of incident microwave power level to determine power limiting. Properties acceptable to system designers were found for the low level insertion loss, recovery time, temperature performance and response to a frequency modulated pulse.

C-Banding in Zea mays

1994
Maize is one of the most important cereal crops to be extensively characterized cytologically. McClintock (1929) gave the first indication of heterochromatinous knobs within pachytene maize chromosomes. Proceeding from chromosome morphology and data on the location of knobs, she provided early identification of all maize chromosomes.
