Determining methane mole fraction at a landfill site using the Figaro Taguchi gas sensor 2611-C00 and wind direction measurements

open access: yesEnvironmental Science Atmospheres
The Figaro Taguchi gas sensor 2611-C00 was used to derive methane mole fraction at a landfill site from the ratio between measured resistance and a modelled reference resistance corresponding to background sampling, identified from wind direction.

On C00-contractions with dominating spectrum

open access: yesJournal of Functional Analysis, 1986
This paper concerns the structure of the predual of certain algebras generated by an operator T and the identity acting on a complex Hilbert space. First it is shown that (finite) convex combinations of elements of the predual of the form \([x_ i\otimes x_ i]\) can be written in the form [x\(\otimes x]\). This result is used to show that if T is a \(C_{
