New algorithms to obtain analytical solutions of Einstein's equations in isotropic coordinates
The main objective of this work, is to show two inequivalent methods to obtain new spherical symmetric solutions of Einstein's Equations with anisotropy in the pressures in isotropic coordinates.

This study explores the partial replacement of ordinary Portland cement (OPC) with a composite of eggshell powder (ESP) and wheat straw ash (WSA) in C‐25 concrete, focusing on mechanical performance and durability. Cement was replaced with varying proportions of ESP and WSA, and the concrete mix was prepared following ACI guidelines.

Transparent matching mechanisms
In the standard one‐to‐one agent‐object matching model, I consider a central matching authority that publicly announces a strategy‐proof mechanism and then initiates a matching. Following Akbarpour and Li (2020), the authority's commitment to the announced mechanism is limited to mechanisms rendering participants' observations indistinguishable from it.

Choice or competition: Does integration benefit everyone?
Matching markets are often fragmented, organized at a small local level. While integration of matching markets may lead to welfare gains by expanding choice, it may also harm some market participants by increasing competition for the same resources. We show that every “good” mechanism fails the monotonicity requirement that no individuals be hurt by ...

Core Stability and Core Selection in a Decentralized Labor Matching Market
We propose a dynamic model of decentralized many-to-one matching in the context of a competitive labor market. Through wage offers and wage demands, firms compete over workers and workers compete over jobs. Firms make hire-and-fire decisions dependent on

This study demonstrates that human hair fiber‐reinforced fly ash geopolymer composites outperform bagasse‐based counterparts at elevated temperatures. They show higher mechanical strength, less thermal weight loss, and stronger fiber–matrix bonding, making them promising sustainable reinforcements for thermally demanding applications.

A failed bank can spark a deep financial crisis throughout the whole country when ironically it may simply have been triggered by a banking crime perpetrated by an insider, i.e. the banker.
