The CX transition in CaKr+ and CaAr+
Chemical Physics Letters, 1995Abstract An electronic transition in the isolated CaKr + ion with an origin at 14217 cm −1 has been observed in the resonant photodissociation spectrum. A short vibrational progression yields excited state vibrational constants of ω ′ e = 60 cm −1 and ω e x ′ e = 2.78 cm −1 and a diabatic binding energy of 330 ± 100 cm −1 .

The singly excited Ca(4s4dπ 3DJ)⋅Ar(3Π0−), and Ca(4s4dδ 3DJ)⋅Ar(3Δ1) valence states and the unusual doubly excited Ca(4pπ4pπ 3PJ)⋅Ar(3Σ−) valence state have been characterized via Resonance Enhanced Two-Photon Ionization (R2PI) spectroscopy of transitions from the long-lived Ca(4s4pπ 3PJ)⋅Ar(3Π0−) metastable state of the CaAr van der Waals molecule ...

Computer Assisted Adolescent Referral System (CAARS)
Health Care on the Internet, 1999Abstract The Hollywood, California, neighborhood is a magnet for high-need youths who run away from home. These youths have many service needs. The Computer Assisted Adolescent Referral System (CAARS) is designed to assist youths in gaining access to services, support youth-serving professionals in making referrals, and identify high-risk youths in ...

Development of an Infrequency Index for the CAARS
Journal of Psychoeducational Assessment, 2010There is a clinical need for measurement of noncredible self-reporting of symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in adults presenting for ADHD evaluation. The present study describes the development of initial validity data for an Infrequency Index for the Conner’s Adult Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Rating Scale (CII).

Factor structure of the Conners Adult ADHD Rating Scale (CAARS) for substance users
Addictive Behaviors, 2006Adult substance users are known to have above average rates of Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), but the psychometric properties of self-report measures of ADHD symptoms for adult substance users are unknown. Subjects (206 adults with a DSM-IV substance abuse disorder) were administered the Conners Adult ADHD Rating Scales (CAARS) upon ...

Gpibα Caar-T Cells Induce Autoreactive B Cells Elimination to Treat Immune Thrombocytopenia
Blood, 2023Background: Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is a bleeding disorder caused by autoantibodies against platelet glycoproteins (GPs). A key attempt to treat ITP is to eliminate the autoreactive B cells. Here, we proposed a new strategy for B cell-depletion therapy of ITP, chimeric autoantibody receptors T cells (CAAR-T), which could trap ...
