CAARS-S:L Infrequency Index Validation

2017
One obstacle to the accurate diagnosis of ADHD in college students is malingering, although many symptom self-report measures do not contain feigning validity scales. The Infrequency Index (CII) for the Conners’ Adult ADHD Rating Scale–Self-Report: Long Version (CAARS-S:L) was developed for this purpose, although further validation of the index is ...

Usefulness of oral anticoagulation in patients with coronary aneurysms: Insights from the CAAR registry

Catheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions, 2020
AbstractObjectivesTo assess the Usefulness of oral anticoagulation therapy (OAT) in patients with coronary artery aneurysm (CAA).BackgroundData on the most adequate antithrombotic CAA management is lacking.MethodsPatients included in CAAR (Coronary Artery Aneurysm Registry, Clinical Trials.gov: NCT02563626) were selected.

Spectroscopic manifestations of phase changes in CaAr n clusters: finite size effects

The European Physical Journal D - Atomic, Molecular and Optical Physics, 2003
The finite temperature optical spectroscopy of CaArn clusters in the range 6 ≤ n ≤ 146 is investigated using a Diatomics-In-Molecule (DIM) Hamiltonian and classical parallel tempering Monte Carlo simulations.

Excitation spectra of CaAr, SrAr and BaAr molecules in a supersonic jet

Chemical Physics Letters, 1986
Abstract Laser-induced excitation spectra of CaAr, SrAr, and BaAr produced in a supersonic jet apparatus were determined in the vicinity of the lowest 1 S 0 - 1 P 0 resonance lines of the free metal atoms. Spectroscopic constants of the X 1 Σ + and A 1 Π states of these molecules were determined and compared to those of the analogous MgAr states.

Bond energies of CaAr+, CaKr+, and CaXe+ from resonant two-color photoionization thresholds

The Journal of Chemical Physics, 1997
The ionization thresholds for the metastable Ca(4s4p 3P0)⋅RG(3Π0−,v′′=0) states (RG=Ar, Kr, Xe) have been determined by two-color photoionization via several Ca(4s5s 3S1)⋅RG(3Σ+,v′) intermediate resonance states. From other experimental measurements and ab initio calculations, D0[Ca(4s4p 3P0)⋅RG(3Π0−)]=60±50 cm−1, 120±60 cm−1, and 300±80 cm−1 for RG=Ar,

Two-electron pseudopotential investigation of the electronic structure of the CaAr molecule

The Journal of Chemical Physics, 2002
The electronic structure of the Ca-Ar molecule is investigated using [Ca2+] and [Ar] core pseudopotentials complemented by core polarization operators on both atoms, considering the molecule to be a two-electron system. The electronic two-body problem is solved by achieving a full configuration interaction with extensive Gaussian basis sets.

Convex Automotive Aero Recursion (CAAR)

For more than a century, automobiles have inherited the same linear aerodynamic assumptions: fixed surfaces, single-purpose spoilers, separated propulsion and aero systems, and hulls designed for drag reduction rather than adaptive interaction. Vehicles treat air as resistance — not as a recursive fieldcapable of providing energy, stability, or ...

Crédibilité Des Primes D’assurance Automobile En Algérie:, Cas Des Compagnies D’assurance Caar Et Saa

The Caaring Conversation- Talking About Suffering. A Hermeneutic Phenomenological Study in Psychiatric Nursing

International Journal of Human Caring, 1998
The aim of this study was to describe the essence and the meaning of the caring conversation in psychiatric nursing. The methodological basis was the hermeneutic phenomenology described by Van Manen and data was collected in several open-ended interviews with three registered psychiatric nurses and three patients.
