Sensitivity Analysis of the Main Structural Parameters of the Four-Tower Partially Cable-Stayed Bridge

open access: yesApplied Sciences, 2023
We established a structural finite element model based on a four-tower partially cable-stayed bridge. We performed a study to determine the appropriate settings of several main parameters of the four-tower partially cable-stayed bridge.

Graphene Quantum Dot‐Induced Microstrain for Framework Stabilization of High‐Entropy Prussian Blue Analog in High‐Current Alkaline Hydrogen Evolution Reaction

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The intrinsic distortion‐rich lattice of HEPBA with GQD‐enabled microstrain engineering establishes a mechanistic route toward high‐performance alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction. HEPBA inherently feature heterogeneous local coordination environments arising from multimetal incorporation, while properly introducing GQD during coprecipitation ...

Health Condition Evaluation of Cable-Stayed Bridge Driven by Dissimilarity Measures of Grouped Cable Forces

open access: yesInternational Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks, 2013
An index system for the health-status evaluation of cable-stayed bridges is presented based on a set of dissimilarity measures (DMs) of the cable force of grouped cables.

2D Co‐Mo‐Hydroxide‐Based Multifunctional Material for the Development of H2‐Based Clean Energy Technologies

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
2D α‐Co(OH)2 interleaved with Mo species displays an appealing dual functionality for the production and use of green hydrogen.Mo incorporation greatly benefits the electrochemical behaviour in Oxygen Evolution Reaction for H2 production, while the magnetocaloric response at liquid H2 temperature paves the way for alternative cryogenic refrigerants ...

Analytical Solution for Longitudinal Anti-Push Stiffness of the Middle Tower of Cross-Cable Multi-Tower Cable-Stayed Bridge

open access: yesBuildings, 2023
The Queensferry Crossing in Scotland is the first multi-tower cable-stayed bridge with crossed cables in the world. This means that the conceptual design of a cross-cable multi-tower cable-stayed bridge has become a reality.

Voltage‐Reconfigurable Magneto‐Ionic Nanolayers in Dot Arrays for Probabilistic, Materials‐Engineered Security Primitives

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A magneto‐ionic security‐by‐materials‐design strategy exploits voltage‐driven N3– migration in selectively contacted FeCoN dots, creating reconfigurable sub‐15 nm ferromagnetic sublayers with deterministic and/or probabilistic (single‐domain↔vortex) states, voltage‐tunable probabilities and fully stochastic orientation/chirality.

X‐Ray TID Suppresses Inhibitory Plasticity of SnO‐Based Memristors and Its Impact on Neuromorphic Computation

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
X‐ray irradiation suppresses inhibitory plasticity in SnO‐based volatile memristors, reducing nonlinearity and variability while improving neuromorphic learning accuracy. Despite a reduced dynamic range, irradiated devices achieve more stable and linear synaptic updates, leading to enhanced CNN performance.

Exploiting Ferroelectric and Spintronic Dynamics for Neural Network Computation

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
Ferroelectric and spintronic devices, relying on the control of polarization and magnetization, offer intrinsically fast, durable, energy‐efficient, and low‐latency building blocks for analog in‐memory computing. The hysteretic dynamics of an order parameter are leveraged to provide nonvolatile, multistate memory and nonlinear switching. Brain‐inspired
