Optimal preservation of renal and ureteral structure and function is attempted by maintenance of renal circulation during heart-beating cadaver nephrectomy. Modifications of Ackermann's en bloc procedure for removal of cadaver kidneys are suggested to adapt this procedure to the heart-beating cadaver situation.

Bacterial samples were obtained by pressing small concave agar plates directly against the corneas. More colony forming units (C. F. U.) occurred in samples obtained from patients in general anaesthesia than in samples obtained from healthy persons in local anaesthesia.

Anatomic Variations of the Coracoacromial Ligament in Neonatal Cadavers: A Neonatal Cadaver Study??
Journal of Pediatric Orthopaedics, Part B, 2002One of the most common causes of pain and disability in the upper limb is inflammation of the rotator cuff tendons. When no significant bony abnormality exists in the surrounding structures, the coracoacromial ligament has been implicated as a possible cause of impingement on the cuff tendons and various morphological variants of the ligament have so ...
