Recurrent Body Shape Patterns in Cave‐ and Surface‐Dwelling Trichomycterid Catfishes

Multivariate shape analyses reveal that body shape consistently differs between cave‐ and surface‐dwelling trichomycterids in northeastern Colombia, with cave species exhibiting fusiform bodies while surface species showed deeper shapes consistently in different clades.
