A Taxonomic Study of Korean Tetrigidae (Orthoptera: Caelifera: Tetrigoidea)
Entomological Research, 2004ABSTRACTA Taxonomic study of Korean Tetrigidae (Orthoptera: Caelifera: Tetrigoidea) is revised. Twelve species are recognized including two species (Tetrix silvicultrix Ichikawa and T. minor Ichikawa) recorded for the first time in Korea. Keys and photographs of habitus for species are provided.

Variation in sperm precedence in Chorthippus grasshoppers (Caelifera: Gomphocerinae)
Physiological Entomology, 2000Summary Variation in the proportions of offspring fathered by a second male to mate (the P 2 value) has been studied in two species of grasshoppers, Chorthippus parallelus (Zetterstedt) and Ch. biguttulus

Molecular Toxonomy of Caelifera, Orthoptera from Morocco
Indian Journal of EntomologyThe taxonomic analysis of Orthoptera relies on phenotypic, genotypic, and biological traits. However, outdated data hinders the accuracy of morphological identification. Creation of a genomic database focusing on the controversial Caelifera species that cause difficulty in identification is required.

Taxonomic Study of Korean Oedipodinae (Orthoptera: Caelifera: Acrididae)
Entomological Research, 2005ABSTRACTAs a result of Korean Oedipodinae is taxonomically revised, eleven species are recognized and Microgastrimargus taeguensis Lee and Park 1992 is a new synonym of Oedaleus infernalis Saussure 1884. A key to Korean species of Oedipodinae, and description of a little known species Epacromius japonicus (Shiraki 1910) are provided.

Molecular Biology Reports, 2010
Complete nucleotide sequences of mitochondrial genome (mitogenome) of Thrinchus schrenkii (Orthoptera: Acridoidea: Pamphagidae) were determined. It is 15672 bp in length and contains 71.2% A+T. All T. schrenkii protein-coding sequences except for the cytochrome oxidase subunit I (COI) start with a typical ATN codon.
