An overview of calibration technology of industrial robots
IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica, 2021With the continuous improvement of automation, industrial robots have become an indispensable part of automated production lines. They widely used in a number of industrial production activities, such as spraying, welding, handling, etc., and have a ...

Calibration of radionuclide calibrators
International Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Biology, 1983Abstract An evaluation of the efficiency of a radionuclide calibrator as a function of photon energy is given. Difficulties arising at low energies can be overcome by simultaneous measurements of the calibration sources with and without an Fe-absorber.

2003
Publisher Summary This chapter describes the development of the calibration model. A table that demonstrates the common methods for reducing large arrays of data to fewer data points is presented. The first-through fourth-order functions are used with either zero or natural y intercepts.

The remote calibration of radioisotope calibrators [PDF]
the new calibration technique ‘e-trace’ has been developed by AIST. Using e-trace, measurement equipment in remote place can be calibrated in short time and limited resources. We calibrated radioisotope calibrators of JRIA and NMCC remotely. It was confirmed that the results of remote calibration was consistent with those of former method within ...

Calibration of pneumotachographs using a calibrated syringe [PDF]
Pneumotachograph require frequent calibration. Constant-flow methods allow polynomial calibration curves to be derived but are time consuming. The iterative syringe stroke technique is moderately efficient but results in discontinuous conductance arrays.

Calibration and Calibration Methods
1989Every EEG begins and ends with a calibration. Frequently, the calibration becomes so routine a procedure that it is easy to pass over it with little thought to its meaning and purpose. This is especially easy to do when the machine used contains from 18 to 24 channels, and one is eager to get on to the important part of the record, namely, the EEGs ...

Calibrating the World and the World of Calibration
SSRN Electronic Journal, 2001We develop and calibrate a comprehensive model of the world and the calibrators calibrating it. The model is general in the sense that it takes into account not only the relevant, but also the irrelevant features of the economic environment. One of the byproducts of the analysis is the World Formula which (among other things) is capable of explaining ...

System Calibration calibration
2011In order to properly work, every distributed system need to know several parameters about local metrological devices. Some of these parameters may change because of environmental factors such as vibrations, thermal change or other accidental reasons. For this reason, a careful calibration activity is needed to achieve the best accuracy.

Geometrical calibration of multispectral calibration
2015 12th International Conference on Ubiquitous Robots and Ambient Intelligence (URAI), 2015In this paper, we introduce a novel calibration pattern board for visible and thermal camera calibration. Our pattern board is easy to make, handy to move and efficient to heat. Also, it preserves a uniform thermal radiance for a long time. Proposed method can be employed in single- and multi- spectral camera system, and also used in the splitter or ...

Calibrants and Calibration for Chlorobiphenyl Analysis
International Journal of Environmental Analytical Chemistry, 1992Guidelines are given for the preparation of calibration solutions and the calibration of the capillary gas chromatograph for the determination of chlorobiphenyls (CBs) and ways in which errors may be reduced to produce comparable data in the analysis of environmental samples.
