Understanding the interrelationships between plant communities and soil attributes in gully erosion can make valuable contributions to strategies focused on the conservation and recovery of degraded areas. Thus, we aimed to evaluate how the composition and structure of different plant communities are affected by soil attributes in a degraded area by ...

The Parque Estadual Mata Atlântica (PEMA), Goiás state, Brazil, is an Atlantic Forest reserve which has not been studied yet. The aims were to investigate plant biodiversity and characterize the flora to support the management plan. We adopt the point‐centered quarter method to inventory the tree‐shrub and lianas with the diameter at breast height more

This paper presents the production of biodiesel from nonedible, renewable sugar apple seed oil and its characterization. The studies were carried out on transesterification of oil with methanol and sodium hydroxide as catalyst for the production of biodiesel. The process parameters such as catalyst concentration, reaction time, and reaction temperature
