We propose a new image device called gigavision camera. The main differences between a conventional and a gigavision camera are that the pixels of the gigavision camera are binary and orders of magnitude smaller. A gigavision camera can be built using standard memory chip technology, where each memory bit is designed to be light sensitive.

SUB-CAMERA CALIBRATION OF A PENTA-CAMERA [PDF]
Abstract. Penta cameras consisting of a nadir and four inclined cameras are becoming more and more popular, having the advantage of imaging also facades in built up areas from four directions. Such system cameras require a boresight calibration of the geometric relation of the cameras to each other, but also a calibration of the sub-cameras.

Camera Calibration Through Camera Projection Loss
Camera calibration is a necessity in various tasks including 3D reconstruction, hand-eye coordination for a robotic interaction, autonomous driving, etc. In this work we propose a novel method to predict extrinsic (baseline, pitch, and translation), intrinsic (focal length and principal point offset) parameters using an image pair.

Cameras Viewing Cameras Geometry
A basic problem in computer vision is to understand the structure of a real-world scene given several images of it. Here we study several theoretical aspects of the intra multi-view geometry of calibrated cameras when all that they can reliably recognize is each other.

A Prototype of Parking Space Information System based on Image Processing
An automatic parking system has been proposed to make the car parking process more efficient in terms of time and cost. The absence of information on the position of the parking lot makes the car driver take longer to find it. In multi-story parking lots,
