The alpha and beta diversity of the nasal microbiome differed among children with allergic rhinitis (AR), nonallergic rhinitis (NAR), and healthy controls (HCs). Comprehensive genome and stage‐specific transcriptomes reveal 14,637 genes in Listronotus oregonensis, advancing genetic insights into a key agricultural pest. Compared with related species, L. oregonensis exhibits reduced chemoreceptor gene families but expanded detoxification gene clusters, reflecting its narrow host range and adaptability.
