A fully synthetic four‐component vaccine has been developed combining Tn antigen, vizantin (Mincle agonist), rhamnose (antibody recruitment), and mannose (CD206 targeting). By synergistically activating Mincle, FcγR, and CD206 pathways, it elicits strong IgG switching and cytotoxic T‐cells, significantly inhibiting tumors in mice.

An intelligent odor monitoring system integrates an IVC animal model, gas sensor array, real‐time resistance readout, and machine‐learning analysis to continuously monitor infection‐associated odor changes. The platform captures longitudinal sensor responses, distinguishes infected from healthy states, and supports early‐stage respiratory viral ...

Harnessing multivalency and FcγRIIB engagement to augment anti-CD27 immunotherapy
Despite significant clinical progress, checkpoint blockade remains limited by variable response rates, resistance, and toxicity. Activating costimulatory receptors offers a promising alternative to enhance anti-tumor immunity.

A nano‐confined radical anion acts as a photothermal immunogenic amplifier. Kinetically stabilized nanoparticles couple high near‐infrared‐II (NIR‐II) photothermal efficacy with glutathione (GSH) depletion to boost reactive oxygen species (ROS) and immunogenic cell death (ICD).
