Los tumoresa tiroideos son relativamente frecuentes en el perro, no obstante, el estado del hipertoroidismo asociado a tumores tiroideos, es una presentacion muy poco frecuente en esta especie. En el presente trabajo, se describen tres casos de hipertiroidismo canino asociados, dos de ellos, a un carcinoma tiroideo, y el tercero, a un adenoma.

The epithelium lining of cauda epididymidis in mongrel dogs was examined by transmission electron microscopy. The epididymal epithelium is pseudostratified with stereocilia and is composed predominantly of principal and clear cells.
