This study performs in vivo and in silico assays with uliginosin B, targeting its activity in the Ras signaling pathway, demonstrating a possible allosteric interaction with the HRAS (human) and LET‐60 (nematode) proteins, and a decrease in the overexpression of the let‐60 gene in the nematode C. elegans.
