NONLINEAR PHENOMENA IN CANONICAL STOCHASTIC QUANTIZATION [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos, 2008
Stochastic quantization provides a connection between quantum field theory and statistical mechanics, with applications especially in gauge field theories. Euclidean quantum field theory is viewed as the equilibrium limit of a statistical system coupled to a thermal reservoir.

Improving Energy and Molecular Properties by Convergence of the One‐Particle Reduced Density Matrix in Variational Quantum Eigensolvers (VQE)

open access: yesJournal of Computational Chemistry, Volume 47, Issue 1, 05 January 2026.
Two new strategies that include the convergence of the one‐particle reduced density matrix (1‐RDM) were introduced in Variational Quantum Eigensolvers (VQE). Improved energy and, most importantly, density‐based properties (dipole moments, electron density) were obtained.

Canonical quantization of a string describing N branes at angles

open access: yesNuclear Physics B, 2014
We study the canonical quantization of a bosonic string in presence of N twist fields. This generalizes the quantization of the twisted string in two ways: the in and out states are not necessarily twisted and the number of twist fields N can be bigger ...

Time-covariant Schrödinger equation and invariant decay probability: the $$\Lambda $$ Λ -Kantowski–Sachs universe

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields, 2021
The system under study is the $$\Lambda $$ Λ -Kantowski–Sachs universe. Its canonical quantization is provided based on a recently developed method: the singular minisuperspace Lagrangian describing the system, is reduced to a regular (by inserting into ...

Magnetic‐Field Tuning of the Spin Dynamics in the Quasi‐2D Van der Waals Antiferromagnet CuCrP2S6

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, Volume 36, Issue 5, 15 January 2026.
This study reveals 2D character of the spin dynamics in CuCrP2S6, as well as complex field dependence of collective excitations in the antiferromagnetically ordered state. Their remarkable tuning from the antiferromagnetic to the ferromagnetic type with magnetic field, together with the non‐degeneracy of the magnon gaps favorable for the induction of ...

Light Up a Nanocluster

open access: yesAggregate, Volume 7, Issue 1, January 2026.
Atomically precise metal nanoclusters are ultrasmall aggregates of metal atoms with finely tunable structures. They exhibit broad PL across visible to NIR wavelengths by tuning size, structure, and composition. The review addresses fundamental emission mechanisms and structure–property correlations, evaluating enhancement strategies (ligand ...

Second-Order Pseudo-Hermitian Spin-1/2 Bosons

open access: yesUniverse
The canonical quantization of a field theory for spin-1/2 massive bosons that satisfy the Klein–Gordon equation is presented. The breakdown of the usual spin–statistics connection is due to the redefinition of the dual field, rendering the theory pseudo ...

Twistor formulation of a massive particle with rigidity

open access: yesNuclear Physics B, 2018
A massive rigid particle model in (3+1) dimensions is reformulated in terms of twistors. Beginning with a first-order Lagrangian, we establish a twistor representation of the Lagrangian for a massive particle with rigidity.
