Unlocking Photodetection Mode Switching from a Simple Lateral Design
A simple lateral 2D perovskite photodetector capable of switching among transient, continuous, and dual transient/continuous photoresponse modes is achieved by integrating photoconductive effects with capacitive coupling from the SiO2/Si substrate. Such light‐programmable photodetection mode switching enables triple‐channel information transmission and

Coupling Schemes in Terahertz Planar Metamaterials
We present a review of the different coupling schemes in a planar array of terahertz metamaterials. The gap-to-gap near-field capacitive coupling between split-ring resonators in a unit cell leads to either blue shift or red shift of the fundamental ...

A capacitance-coupled Ga2O3 memristor [PDF]
Memristors are regarded as a key electronic component for non-von Neumann computing, such as neuromorphic networks. Hereby, we report a capacitance-coupled memristor (C-memristor) configured with ITO/Ga2O3/ITO coplanar interdigital structures. Depending on the voltage sweeping directions, the C-memristor exhibits a clear current switching with ...

Dielectric capacitors typically struggle to achieve both high energy storage density and high efficiency at applied voltages below 10 V. Here, we address this challenge by introducing a novel hybrid fluorite/perovskite heterostructure design that combines ultra‐high recoverable energy storage density with efficient energy release (Uf ≈ 1016 J/cm3), at ...

Hyperradiance from Soliton Oscillators Synchronized by Capacitive or Inducitve Coupling [PDF]
The output power from coupled Josephson oscillators is investigated when the junctions are operated in their single fluxon mode. We demonstrate that both inductive and capacitive coupling mechanisms can give rise to hyperradiance when the power is ...

Collective Josephson vortex dynamics in a finite number of intrinsic Josephson junctions
We report the experimental confirmation of the collective transverse plasma modes excited by the Josephson vortex lattice in stacks of intrinsic Josephson junctions in Bi$_{2}$Sr$_{2}$CaCu$_{2}$O$_{8+x}$ single crystals.

Capacitively Coupled Atmospheric Microplasma Source.
Capacitively coupled micro-plasma (CCMP) was generated in a capillary on a quartz and a poly (ethyleneterephthalate) (PET) chip of 20 × 20 mm2 by excitation frequency of 13.5660 MHz at atmospheric pressure. The π-type matching circuit was miniaturized (150 × 100 × 40 mm3) and an inductance L was optimized to satisfy the resonance condition with ...

An Edible H2O2 Biosensor for Gastrointestinal Metabolites and Peroxidase Enzyme Quantification
We present an edible biosensor for gastric fluid analysis that integrates a caffeic acid–horseradish peroxidase redox system into an edible electrolyte‐gated transistor. The device enables rapid, low‐volume detection of H2O2 and, with minimal modification, metabolites and enzyme activity in simulated gastrointestinal conditions.
