Single‐Chromophore Homojunction Organic Solar Cells: A Path to Simplicity and Efficiency

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This perspective discusses how the intrinsic optoelectronic properties of organic semiconductors, their molecular packing in the solid‐state, and internal energetic gradients within a device can enable free‐charge carrier generation in homojunction organic solar cells.

Financial Imperfections, Inequality and Capital Accumulation [PDF]

open access: yes
Aghion, P. and P. Bolton (1997, "A Theory of Trickle-Down Growth and Development," Review of Economic Studies, 59, 151-172) provide a model analyzing the effect of capital accumulation on income inequality.

Positively Charged Polymer‐Brush MOFs for Large‐Area, Pressure‐Resistant Gas Separation Membranes

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A universal POPA strategy enables positively charged polymer‐brush MOFs with self‐adaptive interfacial interlocking to resist aggregation under fast processing. This design ensures seamless dispersion within large‐area selective layers, achieving 1 m‐wide roll‐to‐roll fabrication of pressure‐resistant MMCMs with tunable CO2 separation performance ...

Threshold Effects of Emigrant’s Remittances on Dutch Disease and Economic Growth in Pakistan

open access: yesEconomies
Pakistan is one of the largest recipients of remittances globally and has substantial remittance inflow fluctuations; thus, finding the remittance–gross domestic product (GDP) ratio threshold is expedient. This study examined the macroeconomic impacts of

Photochromic Cholesteric Liquid Crystals via Arylazopyrazole Functionalization of Hydroxypropyl Cellulose

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We produce a new derivative of hydroxypropyl cellulose functionalized with arylazopyrazole side chains and demonstrate its photoswitchable behaviors in dilute and concentrated aqueous solutions, ultimately designing a series of photochromic cholesteric materials that can be photopatterned as write‐erase displays.

Asset Accumulation, Fertility Choice and Nondegenerate Dynamics in a Small Open Economy [PDF]

open access: yes
This paper shows that the assumption of elastic fertility choices represents an unconsidered way of introducing nondegenerate dynamics within an immortal small open economy, facing perfect capital mobility and no adjustment costs associated with capital ...

Low‐Dimensional MOF Nanoarchitectonics: Progress in MOF‐2D Material Hybrid Architectures for Energy Conversion and Storage

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This review highlights the integration of metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) and two‐dimensional (2D) materials through dimensional interface engineering. By addressing intrinsic limitations like poor conductivity and agglomeration, these hybrid architectures optimize interfacial charge and mass transport.
