BLOC1S1 Attenuates B. Melitensis 16M LPS‐Triggered Autophagy by Spatial Confinement of TDP‐43
This study explores how B. melitensis 16M LPS and BLOC1S1 regulate autophagy in goat spermatogonial stem cells. The 16M LPS is activating AMPK‐dependent autophagy, increasing LC3B‐II/I ratios and lysosomal genes, while Escherichia coli LPS shows no effect.

This study explores carbon nanotubes’ (CNTs) role in enhancing alite paste’ elasticity and viscoelasticity. Experimental and simulation results reveal that CNTs weakly influence nucleation but significantly refine C‐S‐H gel structure and calcium hydroxide distribution.

Nanocatalytic Neuroprotection and Neurological Recovery Post‐Traumatic Brain Injury
This study demonstrates that combining Ce0.7Zr0.3O2 nanozymes with nimodipine enhances neuroprotection after traumatic brain injury. The therapy reduces oxidative stress, neuronal apoptosis, and improves blood–brain barrier integrity, with nanozymes effective at low doses.

We study the effects of green capital requirements that give preferential capital treatment to clean loans. From a positive perspective, our analysis clarifies the differential effects of green supporting and brown penalizing factors. From a normative perspective, we contrast optimal capital requirements under a classic prudential mandate, which is ...

The requirements may be set using the comprehensive approach required by the U.S.

Robust Capital Requirements with Model Risk [PDF]
We investigate capital requirements based on Value at Risk (V@R) and Average Value at Risk (AV@R) when the bank's econometric model only approximately describes the true, unknown return generating process, as is often the case in practice. We provide a simple formula for such capital requirements that uses a first order Taylor expansion of V@R and AV@R

CAPITAL REQUIREMENTS FOR HOUSING IN THE 1980s
Contemporary Economic Policy, 1984Massive federal budget deficits and declining personal saving flows portend an acute private‐sector capital shortage over the balance of the 1980s decade. Housing is the sector of the economy most likely to bear the brunt of this shortage. Quantifying that shortage and suggesting preventive policy changes are the primary purposes of his paper.
