We sequenced the whole genome of 20 Guanzhong dairy goats, including 10 high milk yield (HM) dairy goats and 10 low milk yield (LM) dairy goats. And we derived 21,324,600 single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) across the 20 samples. We convert VCF files into PLINK files. The total genotyping rate is 0.987994.
