Primary coronary artery pseudoaneurysm in a patient with familial hypercholesterolemia

Abstract Rare primary coronary artery pseudoaneurysms in a young patient with heterozygous FH was successfully repaired with direct closure of intimal defects with aneurysmorrhaphy.

UFMylation of NLRP3 Prevents Its Autophagic Degradation and Facilitates Inflammasome Activation
Advanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 15, April 17, 2025.This article studies the role of UFMylation in NLRP3 inflammasome activation. It reveals that UFMylation, mediated by the E3 Ufm1‐ligase 1 (Ufl1), maintains NLRP3 stability by preventing its ubiquitination and subsequent autophagic degradation.
