Magnetic Control Platform for Wireless Endoscopic Capsules
Abstract This paper presents an active magnetic platform for guiding endoscopic capsules (EC) inside the human body. The system is composed by an external permanent magnet (EPM) made of neodymium Nd-Fe-B rare with a high-level of magnetization (N48) for allowing a cmaximum magnetic field of 1.5 T.

ABSTRACT Objective Anorexia nervosa (AN) is a severe psychiatric disorder displaying an altered gut microbiome. Faecal microbiome transplantation (FMT) has emerged as a powerful research tool and potential treatment option in AN due to the microbiome‐gut‐brain axis. Current studies are limited and reveal variable FMT protocols.

Laparoscopic Resection of Caudate Lobe Liver Tumors in Clinical Practice
ABSTRACT The caudate lobe (Couinaud segment I), owing to its deep location in the posterosuperior liver, intimate encirclement by the inferior vena cava (IVC), and close adjacency to the hepatic hilum and major hepatic veins, presents a formidable anatomical challenge for resection.

Abstract Objectives Upper and small bowel Crohn's disease (U‐SBCD) represents a clinically aggressive phenotype with high complication rates yet remains diagnostically challenging. In low‐ and middle‐income countries (LMICs), limited inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) awareness contributes to diagnostic delays, but their impact on U‐SBCD outcomes remains
