ABSTRACT Intestinal ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury presents a biphasic pathology: an acute oxidative‐inflammatory phase leading to organ failure, and a recovery phase marked by mucosal dysfunction and bacterial translocation. The developed MPB@TA‐Cu‐Ma nanocomposite functions as a dual‐phase therapeutic platform with significant efficacy. It rapidly

Cytotoxicity and Dentin Permeability of Carbamide Peroxide and Hydrogen Peroxide Vital Bleaching Materials, in vitro [PDF]
There has been recent concern about the inadvertent exposure of dentin with patent tubules as well as gingiva to bleaching systems containing 10-15% carbamide peroxide or 2-10% hydrogen peroxide for more than a few minutes. The aims of the present study were: (1) to determine the cytotoxicity of dilutions of hydrogen peroxide in ...

This study elucidates that β‐elemene promotes cellular uptake of L. gasseri‐derived lactate by enhancing the membrane translocation of MCT1 in a CD147‐dependent manner. Intracellular lactate, through the lactylation of RBBP4 at the K26 site, recruits EP300 to the promoter regions of downstream genes (POLD1/POLD3), catalyzing H3K27ac modification.

Spectrophotometric analysis of plateau effect in carbamide peroxide at 10% and 16% concentrations
Objectives: Aesthetics, particularly a bright smile, hold significant value in today’s society. Tooth whitening is the most common, minimally invasive treatment to achieve this. This study aims to identify the plateau phase of tooth whitening, which is crucial for optimizing treatment and minimizing side effects due to overuse. Materials & Methods:
