Carbazole‐based self‐assembled monolayers (SAMs) have proven effective as HTLs in perovskite solar cells (PSCs). However, the energy alignment with narrow‐bandgap lead‐tin (Pb‐Sn) perovskites is suboptimal. Here, we design four phenoxazine/phenothiazine SAMs.
