Tunable Electronic and Optoelectronic Properties of MoS2 Through Molecular Coverage‐Controlled Polyoxometalate Doping

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Molecular charge transfer at the V12‐DyPc/MoS2 interface stabilizes trions, suppressing neutral A‐exciton emission and enabling controlled modulation of the A–‐trion population, bridging excitonic physics with polyoxometalate charge‐transport functionality.

Covalent surface modifications and superconductivity of two-dimensional metal carbide MXenes

Science, 2020
Modifying MXene surfaces Unlike graphene and transition-metal dichalcogenides, two-dimensional transition-metal carbides (MXenes) have many surface sites that can be chemically modified. Etching of the aluminum layer of a parent MAX phase Ti3AlC2 layered

Molybdenum Carbide Nanodots Enable Efficient Electrocatalytic Nitrogen Fixation under Ambient Conditions

Advanced Materials, 2018
Electrocatalytic nitrogen fixation is considered a promising approach to achieve NH3 production. However, due to the chemical inertness of nitrogen, it is necessary to develop efficient catalysts to facilitate the process of nitrogen reduction.
