Calculation of Time- and Area-Specific Electric Carbon Factor and Its Application in Product Carbon Footprint Accounting [PDF]
Accurately calculating the carbon footprint of products relies on an electric carbon factor with appropriate calculation granularity and time-varying characteristics. The calculation and application of time- and area-specific electric carbon factors have

Carbon Accounting for Carbon Dioxide Enhanced Oil recovery [PDF]
It is recognised from currently operating CO2EOR projects that the operations and processes involved in CO2EOR are energy intensive and may compromise the overall carbon footprint of a project (ARI, 2009; Dilmore, 2010).

Laser Powder Bed Fusion of Alumina: Effects of Scanning Strategies on External and Internal Defects
This study investigates how scanning strategies affect pure alumina in laser powder bed fusion. Linear 45° scanning yields uniform surfaces but high porosity, while the island‐concentric strategy provides higher density with through‐holes favorable for infiltration. Findings highlight pathways toward optimizing defect‐free alumina parts.

This study explored how effective nickel aluminide coatings are obtained in providing oxidation resistance applied to the Inconel 738 alloy, modeling with diffusion models. In the present study, kinetics and thermal behavior of the Inconel 738 alloy were studied by the low‐temperature thermoreactive aluminizing process, which was carried out at 625°C ...
