Flame synthesis of carbon nanostructures on Ni-plated hardmetal substrates
In this article, we demonstrate that carbon nanostructures could be synthesized on the Ni-plated YG6 (WC-6 wt% Co) hardmetal substrate by a simple ethanol diffusion flame method.

Multi‐metal Cu─Ce─Ag nanoparticles harness synergistic interactions to drive efficient electrochemical CO2 reduction reaction toward C2+ products at high current densities. Ag enhances CO production, Ce modulates Cu oxidation states, and together they boost *CO coverage and local pH to enhance C─C coupling, enabling record C2+ yields with suppressed ...

Ni1‐Bi1 dual‐atom dopants are achieved for activating Ru lattices without blocking noble atoms. This model exhibits an ultralow overpotential of 11.4 mV and superb stability at 10 mA cm−2 toward hydrogen evolution reaction, enabling a proton exchange membrane water electrolyzer that needs only 2.233 V to reach 3.0 A cm−2 and operates stably at 1.0 A cm−

Half dome carbon nitride nanostructures
Abstract We report on a new form of nanoscale carbon nitride in the shape of single layer half dome structures grown on the step edges of boron nitride sheets. The half-dome structures are formed spontaneously at high temperature in high vacuum using Fe 2 O 3
